5th post but not 5th day

Yeah, I skipped a day. It's Easter and I hung out with my family away from home, the Dennises. I ate well and looked for easter eggs (inside). I found 9/31 but could have had a few more. The day before I went to a friendship dinner and after dinner we dyed easter eggs. I dyed my finger but at home later that night when I was going to shave it all came off. :( I was hoping that I'd go to church today with a dyed finger and was thinking of explanations to give to people. None of them were very good.

I also realized that it is 11 years to the day when I had my appendix removed. It was a Sunday that day too. I had been lying in bed for nearly 24 hrs which is very unusual for me, I usually am doing somthing even if I'm sick.

I'm resigned to going back to Texas. That's where my family is and my future plans can be done there. If you want to know those you will have to ask me. Those I keep up with probably know, but if you don't want to make yourself part of my life then I probably won't tell you.

i was all proud of myself tonight after wasting most of it when I worked on a creative project for 20 minutes. I realized I was all pround of my meager 20 minutes when I thought, maybe if you worked longer you could really be proud of something. Try working for an hour or longer. Oh was brutal on myself. It's like the thing that I've heard about guys who are always prouder of their 2% of the chores they did than the 98% their wives/gf/s.o. did.

I decided to stop and get a bite to eat after those glorious 20 minutes, bad idea. I'm thrown off and I will have to get in the proper mindset to write Paatentim chapter 2.

While I sat and ate, I thought am I really witty? My brother tells me so and so do a few friends but maybe with a little more reality under my belt I'd be a little more conservative with my smart mouth.

Man I'm in a bad mood or a weird mood at least, must be all the prison food. I will write again tonight. I will write something diabolical! hahahahahaha.

day 3

Day 3, huh, sounds like a prison sentence doesn't it? I finally cowboyed up and dropped off my glasses. I only have 2 sections left to write on the paper I'm working on. The refutation and conclusion. Of course I have to revise afterward.

If the word begins with a silent consonant suce as the word "are," insert IBE before you speak the word.

Ex. ARE --> IBE-are

So are blogs supposed to be where I rant or just a personal journal? Maybe I should look that up.

I got up too late to drop my glasses off. I don't look forward to wearing my old ones for 2 weeks. They're too scratched up and cloudy. It will be annoying to wear them.

I couldn't sleep last night so I did a few things. I had some brainstorming flow on another short story of mine and I ended up outlining Paatentim chapter 2. I didn't think there would be more, but after someone told me they wanted to read more, I guess it got fired up subconciously and something percolated. I also worked on one the papers I need to finish to graduate more. I have a direction, but it still needs a lot of work.

1st post!

So, this is my first blog. I was looking at a friend's away message today and she had quite a bit of stuff that she was saying in the away message that she changes daily and she complains about time management? I left her a message that she should start a blog. I hope I update it regularly, I'm not much of a journal keeper but I know what things to keep private, so no real names. I am an aspiring writer and have finished 2 short stories in a new genre I'm pioneering called abridged/condensed short stores. I haven't decided on abridged or condensed. The first story is about patenting religion and the second is about a couch at a church that finds Jesus. Maybe I'll post them sometime.
My glasses got scratched over the weekend. Good news is that they are under warranty; bad news is that I have to send them back for 10 days so they can be repaired/replace the lense so I'll be dropping them off early tomorrow.
I may be going to Mt. Rushmore this week, but I've got 2 papers to finish so I can graduate. I worked for an hour on one today but my effectiveness was waning. I'll work on it more tonight. The paper I worked on today is whether or not the Matrix Trilogy environment is an ok environment to study creativity. It's a rewrite of the same paper I turned in last May. I have to finish it and get a B in the class to give my GPA some padding for graduation.
The other paper I have to write is about the MS .Net platform. It's supposed to be technical but I haven't found too many technical (academic) papers on the subject. Looks like I've got to head to FHE so I better wrap this up.
