Day 3, huh, sounds like a prison sentence doesn't it? I finally cowboyed up and dropped off my glasses. I only have 2 sections left to write on the paper I'm working on. The refutation and conclusion. Of course I have to revise afterward.

Add IBE after the first letter (consonant) in every syllable of word.

Ex. HELLO --> hIBE-ell-IBE-o

If the word begins with a silent consonant suce as the word "are," insert IBE before you speak the word.

Ex. ARE --> IBE-are
